Former Customers
Even if you do not currently have a loan with us, our Privacy Policy still applies to you.
Children
We do not intend to collect information from children who are under-age. You must be at least 18 years of age to apply for a payday loan or cash advance.

Regulation Z
Regulation Z requires the full disclosure of all costs and terms associated with any payday loan or cash advance service. Reg. Z requires all costs associated to be expressed as an annual percentage rate of interest (APR). The creditor needs to disclose the following information to customers:
- Identity of the creditor
- Amount financed
- Itemization of amount financed
- Finance charge
- Annual percentage rate
- Payment schedule
- Total of payments
Regulation B
The federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against applicants on the basis of color, race, religion, sex, marital status, and age.
